Our Solutions

SAP Integration Solutions

We integrate your SAP systems with non-ERP applications, third-party software, and enterprise platforms. Through API, web services, and middleware solutions, we ensure seamless data flow, guaranteeing continuity and operational efficiency in your business processes.

No SAP system works alone today. Sales channels, warehouses, banks, e-invoicing providers, manufacturing systems and cloud applications constantly exchange data with SAP. At Delwork Bilişim we build these connections on a secure, traceable and easy-to-maintain architecture, so that interruptions in the data flow never stop your business.

What we integrate

  • E-transformation: managing e-invoice, e-archive, e-delivery note, e-ledger and e-reconciliation processes in SAP together with certified providers
  • Banks: payment orders, account statements and automatic clearing
  • Sales and e-commerce: marketplaces, B2B portals, CRM and order management systems
  • Logistics: warehouse management (WMS), carriers and transportation management
  • Manufacturing: MES, quality and maintenance systems and machine data
  • SAP to SAP: flows between S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba and other SAP cloud solutions

Technologies

We choose the right technology for each integration. In new projects we work with the cloud-based SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration) and API Management; in existing landscapes with SAP PI/PO. On the connectivity layer we use OData, REST and SOAP web services, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, file-based transfers (SFTP) and event-driven architectures.

Moving from PI/PO to Integration Suite

Many companies plan to move their integrations to Integration Suite, driven by the PI/PO maintenance timeline and their S/4HANA transformation. We inventory your existing interfaces, prioritise them by complexity, migrate the reusable ones and simplify the rest. Both platforms run in parallel during the transition, so business processes are not interrupted.

Our scope of services

  • Integration architecture design and interface inventory
  • Interface development, mapping and transformation rules
  • Error handling, retry and alerting mechanisms
  • Security: certificates, authentication and authorisation
  • End-to-end testing and performance measurement
  • Monitoring of live integrations and ongoing support

The result: uninterrupted data flow

A well-built integration lets teams stop re-keying data and fixing errors and focus on their real work. When you can see when each interface ran, how much data it carried and where it failed, problems are solved before users notice them.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between SAP Integration Suite and PI/PO?

PI/PO is an on-premise integration platform; Integration Suite runs as a cloud service on SAP BTP and offers prebuilt integration packages and API management. New projects usually choose Integration Suite.

Can we manage e-invoicing from within SAP?

Yes. Once invoices are created in SAP they are sent to the provider automatically, their status is written back to SAP and users track them on SAP screens.

How do we notice integration errors?

We define error handling and alert rules for every interface. Failed messages are logged, the responsible team is notified and the message is reprocessed once the issue is fixed.
